- Respect : Key component of everything, it includes, among others, respect toward opponent as well as teammates regarding the differences we may have
- Enjoyment : football is a source of happiness first and foremost. Pleasure to play, watch, coach, cheer, advise, walk younger generations through the path to responsible adulthood.
- Solidarity : football is that kind of game where you need to unit to move forward, as a squad. This team spirit is essential in the group dynamic.
- Tolerance : difference of opinion, difference of level… every difference requires tolerance inside our family
- Commitment : with playing in a team comes responsibilities, the will to commit and be involved in the group, in order to make the best out of this moment of sharing.
